Damaged in delivery
The bottom flounce was detached from the dress in the rear when delivered. Roughly 2” not attached. I will keep it and do the repair. This dress is more of an empire waist. It is a nice casual summer dress. I’m 5’ 1” and 112 lbs, size Sm is a good fit.
